I contact each customer when I receive their order. Sometimes it’s a day or two later, hand-weaving takes time & takes all my time.
Postage is by Royal Mail standard for UK & overseas, but I’m happy to use an alternative carrier if you wish for an additional at-cost payment.
The aim is to create to delight and if you aren’t happy when your order arrives, please let me know so it can be resolved. An unhappy customer means an unhappy weaver.
It’s important to note that I don’t ‘do’ hard sell. An enquiry won’t result in an obligation to buy.
